J-Link update of low level drivers for MSP430

1. Purposes
- This version of the jlink.sys file corrects a bug that could crash the Windows system.
- This version of the jlink430.dll file limits the supply of the own interface circuit to 3.3 V.
2. Files included in the patch
File names are given without the full path, as these might differ on different PCs.

3. Installing the patch
- Exit the Embedded Workbench.
- Rename the original file, e.g. like this:
jlink430.dll ==> old_jlink430.dll.old
- Extract the new file to the right directory.
- Start the Embedded Workbench. (Next time you debug with the J-Link, the USB driver will be updated.)
