Patch for the IAR C-SPY Debugger plugin for the ThreadX RTOS v8.23.3.39856.
Corrected errors
[EWARM-6545] The ThreadX plugin does not handle semaphores with a NULL pointer for "Name" in a good way (it shows a garbled string in the "State" column).
[EWARM-6599] The ThreadX plugin cannot handle more than 64 threads.
[EWARM-6699] For certain projects, the ThreadX plugin crashes when a timer is added to the project.

How to Install:
This patch is applicable for version 8.23.3 of IAR Embedded Workbench for Renesas Synergy.
1. Exit IAR Embedded Workbench.
2. Unzip the downloaded archive (with the folder structure kept) in the directory
<installation-directory>\Embedded Workbench for Synergy 8.23.3.
